Katie Kelley has been performing on stages around the North Bay for more than 32 years. A lover of the arts, Katie is passionate about creating meaningful experiences and creating a space where people feel seen, heard, supported and inspired, on and off the stage. As a social media manager and photographer for SAL, she combines creative vision with authentic storytelling to capture the heart of each production and encourage audiences to experience the magic of live theater. Beyond the stage, Katie spent a decade as an Artist Mentor with Alchemia, a nonprofit organization supporting artists with intellectual and developmental disabilities. During her time there, she helped develop Dance Alchemy, a movement-based program that empowered artists to express themselves through dance while creating original performances for the community.Whether she’s producing creative content, choreographing, performing, or championing the arts, Katie is driven by a love of connection, creativity, and community. Of all the roles she has embraced, her favorites are being a wife and mother to her two favorite people, who just happen to share her passion for theater.
